Please read through our T&Cs carefully before placing your order. By using our website and/or placing an order you agree to the terms and conditions set out below.

All orders are shipped from New Zealand using local post services or DHL/TNT. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 days of receiving your order, and delivery times vary depending on location. To ensure the fastest delivery, we recommend providing us with a business address at the time of ordering, along with contact phone number. Alternatively if your address is unattended during the day but there is a safe place for packages to be left, please provide details in the ‘instructions’ section when ordering.

You can expect delivery within 3-10 working days for Australian and New Zealand orders; 10-14 working days for USA; 10-21 working days for UK / Europe / Rest of World. Please allow two additional days for locations outside of metropolitan areas. Any delivery date or time specified by us is a guide only as provided by the shipping companies. GOOD&CO will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Orders are subject to availability.

You may be required to pay further shipping charges where a change in delivery date or delivery address is requested by you.

Courier options are available for urgent shipments, please contact us directly for a quote.


We offer safe online shopping. We are also able to accept direct deposit for Australian and New Zealand customers with orders invoiced via email, or credit card payments over the phone. Orders will be dispatched once payment has been received in full.


We will provide you with a refund or exchange for full priced items if the goods are returned in a saleable condition, with original packaging and tags still intact. Goods must not have been worn, damaged or washed, and should be returned within 14 working days of purchase date with original invoice or payment confirmation. Alternatively orders can be exchanged for any item of equal or more value in our online store (subject to availability). Additional shipping charges will apply.

We will provide you with a refund at our discretion for any items that are faulty, or different to the goods that you ordered. Please note sale items can only be returned for an exchange or store credit and may have shipping charges deducted. This does not apply to SAMPLE SALE purchases which are final. Sorry we cannot refund shipping charges.

Returns and exchanges will be processed once goods in discussion have been received.


Email: hello@wearegoodandco.com as soon as possible to advise of return or exchange. Please include proof of purchase (order confirmation) with your enquiry. We will access each individual return upon enquiry and advise of the nest steps to follow.

Please note: any items purchased via our online can only be retuned to our online store, and cannot be returned to a GOOD&CO stockist.


If you would like to cancel or change an order that you’ve just placed, please send us an email to hello@wearegoodandco.com as soon as possible with order details attached. We’ll do everything we can to cancel or change your order as per your request before the item is shipped.


Don’t worry your personal info is safe with us! We do not sell or rent your information to any annoying spammers. We dislike them as much as you do.

This includes without limitation all intellectual property rights in respect of all artwork, fabrics, text, graphics, logos, images and software that are included in this website. GOOD&CO’s ownership of, or licensed right to use, such intellectual property, is protected by Australian, New Zealand and international law.
